Urban Sol Infrared Sauna Studio

Great environment, very relaxing, kind and helpful staff...and I feel like it helped with the soreness I've been having. I can't wait for my next session.

I purchased 12 sauna appointments and used 11 of them and gave one as a gift. I chose to do 4, consecutive day, saunas each week...until the sauna we purchased arrived at home to use. The final sauna I requested a gift certificate for, to give to a friend...which was also easily done.nThe owners are very kind, easy to work with and have provided a very clean, quiet and lovely space to relax and sauna. They request quietness, provide clean, large towels and keep their sauna area very pretty, low light and comfortable.nBooking the online appointments was very easy and seamless in conveying the information to the Urban Sol office. It allowed me to do it at home with my calendar at hand.nI would highly recommend Urban Sol.

The ladies who run the place are amazing. Sweat and knowledgeable. I have a place closer to me for infrared but I make a 30 min drive for this place.
