Lowe's always seems to have what I need.
Busy today. The beautiful weather no doubt has drawn people out of the house. I went to the garden center for a ZZ plant and orchid medium. They had a good selection of both. Very well stocked. Lowe's always seems to have what I need at a competitive price.
Amy and Erica in the appliance department at the brooksville store were awesome extremely helpful
We went to this store with specific needs. The first department we went to was lawn and garden. We couldn't find anyone to help with our questions but we were able to find the product we were looking for. Next we went to appliances. Someone did ask if we needed assistance but when we had questions told us he didn't know as he didn't normally work in that department. He did look up what he could but I left feeling like I need to make another trip there and hope we find someone better informed. The store was clean and nice. Parking was plentiful.
I used to get good customer service here, not anymore. I needed to order a water heater. I went to service desk who directed me to plumbing desk where no one was but paged them. I went to the 2 employees in appliances. They paged but didn't help. So I had to call the store from my phone and then had to request a manager to help me. Now I am calling in to the store to see if it is ready. After the automated system hung up on me twice, I finally get a person and I have been on hold 40 minutes. I am going to drive there. 57min. on hold and I get there and tell them. Then they picked up the phone and realize their fail and then they call a manager for me.
