Site says the have book shelves.. None on the store shelves

I honestly have to say, if I was writing this review last year, it would have been far from pleasant. I was searching for cheap ways to make something old look new. The man from the flooring department, (I apologize for misplacing his name) was beyond helpful. He not only showed me some options available at Home Depot, but; took the time to look up what I was in search of. Upon realizing he could only offer alternatives, which he did; he also informed me as to where I could locate what I originally had set out to buy. I have noticed a significant change in the store’s demeanor as a whole over the last 4-6 months give or take. I had called Home Depot on two separate occasions last year in regards to the attitudes of their employees. Upon receiving the same tone, by more than one employee, on a different day, I once again called Home Depot. However, this time; I made it clear I was bringing a very evident managerial issue to their attention. I am hoping that there is a new manager at this location, if so, this person is great for morale. If there isn’t a new manager and the current happens to be on some sort of hiatus, I strongly suggest you contemplate moving that individual back into that position, never mind the actual store. If not to retain your current clientele, please do it for your employees. Customers actually appreciate a company more when they treat their staff with respects in regards to their concerns especially when it relates to their environment.

I love this store and what they have to offer but when I asked about printing something If I was able to or not and I got a really rude answer. Other than that great prices. Vast selection 3 stars

At least 10% of the customers on a recent Friday afternoon were not wearing masks. (100% of staff wore them.). This was despite clear signs at the door and I think they even had free masks near the entrance. It's frustrating to not feel safe when just trying to pick up some hardware. Store manager: Could a store greeter hand out masks to those who enter without one? We can all show respect for the health and peace-of-mind for one another - staff and customers.
