Sales rep Shaun spent 2 days and over 3 hours with us, set a price and got to the point where we were ringing it up and that's when Shaun said he had to charge us more.nTried asking questions a few times only to get cut off mid question.nWent to Mattress Firm right away and got a better bed from knowledgeable employees for 3k less. Minus the waking up every 3 hours, I've been sleeping like a baby since.nWill not be going to sleep number for the next 20 years.
