I was greeted as I entered even with many other shoppers already there. The employees listened to what I was looking for and gave me advice I didn’t think about. I was given a fair price and treated with respect. Recommend shopping here when needing a new mattress.
Called ahead and spoke with Joey. He took time and gave us information on various mattresses. Very pleased with his help and knowledge so we went into the store. He listened to what our needs were. Most based on medical needs. We tried out quite a few and did find one suitable for our needs. Very happy with the service and knowledge. We will be in the market for another mattress next year and will be going back to Mattress Firm and hopefully Joey will be there to assist us.
Danny, the number ONE sales associate at Mattress Firm in Port Richey is fantastic! Danny has the perfect demeanor for dealing with people! Has exceptional listening and attention in dealing with myself, my sister and my nephew. It was three against the ONE Danny and Danny most definitely treated us all the same, answered all our questions, explained all product and differences to end with our decision to purchase exactly what we needed and wanted! We bought a split king adjustable PURPLE bed... very excited to take delivery.... everyone from mattress firm is beyond accommodating, makes you feel appreciated... will be our go to place for a mattress !
