They were very professional and personable at the same time. All our questions were answered and the training on the new system was clear and easy to follow. The install looks great, they put considerable thought into the placement of the equipment and overall look. I would certainly recommend them.
We have been having problems with our system panel. Irene was super helpful and trying to solve the issue. She was friendly and super patient. I appreciate it when you get customer service beyond what you expect. These days good customer service is hard to find. Well Mountain Alarm has EXCELLENT customer service. Period.
John, sales rep, helped me to identify what I needed to make my home safe and secure. And Taylor, who installed everything, was great. He was knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to operate everything once it was sll up and running. Thanks Mt Alarm for making me feel protected.
Every single time we call, Irene and Zach (and whomever else) we ask for for help ALWAYS are willing to drop whatever they are doing to be sure we are taken care of. It’s so refreshing in this time of mostly poor customer service. It literally doesn’t matter who is on the schedule. They make sure we are taken care of.
