I have been coming to this store after a poor experience with the corporate store on river road. Jace, has been my guy for over a year and a half. My wife recently passed away and I needed some help with her devices. And help understanding them. He was as always professional and empathetic to my needs. Please ho to Jace and his store. Best experience purchasing a phone EVER. I am a 20 year old college student who has been screwed over by phone salesmen and technicians in the past. But Trevor at Verizon has completely made up for it. He was nice genuine and very knowledgeable. My appointment was handled quick, easy, and professionally.
