We used the Music Store for Summer Music lessons to get my middle school child caught up and using the proper skills for his new band class playing the Clarinet. He had no prior experience with the clarinet, only a "recorder" instrument. We are very glad we did, he ended up doing really great and was very confident in class. He got to really know his instrument and how to read music better and breathing techniques and much more. I highly recommend the Music Store's Talented teachers and services. They were always very nice and reliable. The only thing I wish, was a bit more parent/teacher communication to know where my child was at in his understanding of concepts and if he was progressing enough, but I guess he was. He did great in band class and is continuing on with band this coming year. :) (I was however able to communicate and email the teacher and get a timely response so that was good. :))

I had the most pleasant conversation with Alex I called to find a teacher who teaches mandolin. He was very intelligent, and prompt. I was driving back to Saint George and went through a spot where I lost cell service he called me back and he said he would do research and call me back. Alex called me back with great information he was polite and I thought it was very professional for him to call me back especially with it being a music store. Thanks Alex.

I was seriously mislead as to what could transpire. I was rented a cello that wouldn't keep a tune and was very beat up. As well as the credit earned that I lost towards the instrument. Great place to throw away your money. Edit....maybe you should talk to employees. Or are their memories as good as your instruments.

I called the shop in the morning and asked if the brass repairman ( Steve ) was going to be in that day and they lady I talked to said he would be. I then drove the hour and a half to get there and when I got there and asked for him they said he was in the back room and then went to get him. The lady came back out and asked what I wanted him for and I informed her I needed to speak with him about a trombone repair. She told me he said i could leave it but he didn't want talk to anyone. Drove all that way for nothing ! Never going back !!!
