Great place to shop. Employees are always helpful.

Always great. The staff are always polite and helpful. The pharmacy is on top of the game. Always a great selection of meats and seafood. Management are always walking around looking to help.

First of all, I don’t hardly come out this way to this Publix location and if I am out this way I’d go a little more north to my brother’s Publix. Today, I was simply trying to return a transaction that was apparently too tedious for Cheryle at the customer service desk. I, originally gotten my items from my brothers store then realized what made my total a bit higher than expected. Cheryle told me, not asked but told me to go back down the road simply because she was being lazy. I kindly grabbed my things and took them to my car before calling to confirm if her statement of not being able to return my items were honest! They absolutely weren’t! I had my receipt in hand. After returning to the store now with my mother and son out of the car, I immediately asked for a manager to which she tried to beat me to telling “her side” of the story. It was such a horrible experience. Not only that, she continued arguing with me and claiming her statements that she previously stated were false! I honestly can’t understand why she’s employed here.

Well stocked. Had every product needed. Clean. Cashier friendly. Took groceries out to car & put in trunk. Love Publix!!
