Best coffee ever .

I have learned my lesson. Will never visit that location again. Can't get an order correct...EVER! Played dumb when you owed me a refund on drink size difference!nIt was a good day until I went there. Only went to that location since it was close to home. I will drive out of my way to a different location where they know how to make my drink the correct way.

I like going to this Dunkin, cause my coffee is always perfect. They always stir it up so I don't have too trying to drive. They've only forgot something a couple of times. I'd say 97% of the time everything is perfect.

Prompt accurate service and the chocolate stout cold foam cold brew was actually really good! I'm not usually a cold brew fan but like to try the new drinks. (The Charli leaves a lot of room for improvement in my opinion...)

Ordered 2 medium hot coffees and 2 bagels in the drive-thru, pulled up to pay and they apparently thought I wanted an iced coffee, which was an easy fix. I tried to apply a coupon on my Dunkin’ app for a free hot coffee with purchase, but they said the coupon wouldn’t apply, but they weren’t sure why. I had to be the one to say, “well if it only applies to hot coffee, did you change the order?” So they realized that it was an error on their end, and it was even more sad that the manager was apparently the one taking orders and couldn’t figure this out. After pulling away, I realized that they only gave me one bagel. I called, and was told I didn’t get charged for a second bagel, but instead of doing the honest thing and removing the iced coffee and swapping it for a hot coffee, which is cheaper, they had me pay for an iced coffee. Conveniently they didn’t give me a receipt, but told me if I go back they’ll fix this. Avoid this location if you’re able to.
