My boyfriend and I went into Mattress Firm on March 28, 2021 and Linda Bowen was working, there was already another customer in the store that she was assisting but that did not stop her from assisting us, finding out what we needed and helping us find the perfect mattress. She made the buying process so quick and easy. Linda is very educated on the mattress in the store and when I told her the issues I have with my back and how I sleep she knew exactly what type of mattresses to recommend. When it comes time to buy another mattress I will be back and I will look for Linda to help me! Thank you for a great experience!
Awesome customer service, he was very polite and informative about what would be best for me and my kids. They have some of the best prices around, and you can tell the employees make it an ever greater buying experience Collin was the gentleman who helped me and I refer anyone looking for a good bed at a great price to give Collin at Mattress Firm a chance to help you. Because a bed is a decision that will affect your sleep and time awake.
Mark provided excellent customer service - and all our interactions were done remotely. My husband and I were in a bind in October when another retailer could not deliver our King mattress on time for our relocation to Florida. Mark had a different model available, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately after several weeks of trial, we concluded it was not the perfect mattress for us. Mark honored the 120 day Comfort Exchange policy so we now have the original model we wanted coming soon. Thank you, Mark!
I ended up purchasing a mattress through Mark. Talk about an easy experience. I have sleeping troubles and needed to get a new bed. This will be my first brand new bed and I wanted to make sure it’s perfect. I had the exact one in mind when I first spoke with Mark. They didn’t have that particular one in stock, so mark immediately recommended me some other options. I did some more research and found his recommendation to be far superior to my initial pick. The Alcove, Mark’s recommendation, was a bit more expensive but he hooked me up with a floor model that got me right into my price range. Give Mark a raise! I’ll be going back to him for all my bed needs in the future.
Linda was amazing with her impeccable knowledge of the products sold with the company. I appreciated her friendly and genuine customer service.
