Always have what I need and I can get in and out quickly
Friendly people who are there to help you
For some unknown reason, they don't use the cart door to return carts, so the carts face the wrong way and are far away from the entry. Maybe the cart door doesn't work? The location of items isn't on the app for this location a lot of the time. The employees seem to prefer that you wouldn't talk with them. Don't go to hard on that one, some are friendly and helpful. I go here quite often because of convenience. If I had another choice, I'd take it.
Some staff are not that helpful or friendly, as they make you feel like going somewhere else even if they have what you look for.
Mask mandate in order and employees around the store without masks. Many customers not wearing masks either. Store has a signs up at entry, however not enforcing. Supervisor lacks training and respect! Plants are all overwatered and/or dead. Would not take back plants with receipt, stating it was Not a perennial when in fact it was. WHITE customers had no problem with returns of DEAD plant without receipt.nI will not be back! Home Depot will get my business.
