Great local furniture store who had items the big stores couldn't deliver until November.
Warning this is a showroom. I seen a piece of furniture on Facebook and i inquired and asked when i can pick up. The sales person gave me the store hours. I drove with my trailer over an hour away and when i you to store realized it was only a showroom. They didn't have the furniture as you can only order there and pick up like a week later. Why did the salesperson not tell me this? I would have ordered over the phone and picked up when they actually had the peice of furniture. They wasted hours of my day, tolls, and gas. They were selfish for wanting to get me in the doors for their commission. I won't buy from them based off of principal. Sales person Juliet Romay you failed to provide exceptional customer service by not being upfront and honest.
I loved all the furniture they carry and the prices amazed me.
I would like to say thank you to thenowner and delivery guys , we absolutely adore the bumkbeds and your service is appreciated.nnKAT
