I had such a wonderful experience while working with all flooring USA for the installation of my new vinyl plank flooring. I cannot say enough about this company, their professionalism, kindness, courtesy, cleanliness, timeliness and genuine love of their profession. My new flooring is absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to update the flooring in their home.

Horrible, expensive experience.nI knew we were in trouble when they came on a Saturday, removed the old cabinets and threw them on our patio for a WEEK. They wouldn’t return calls but every text message said they’ll pick it up tomorrow.nThere was very little communication and the whole process was erratic. They said they would come and didn’t, sent two teams that interrupted each other’s work.nAs a finishing touch, they didn’t notice that they had not ordered the knobs until the kitchen was installed!nThings improved only after (finally) getting in touch with a VP but by then we just wanted them out of our house.nThe stairs were done so poorly they had to do them twice.nFinally, all the finishing touches were poor.nOriginally I though that they were expensive but I would get a quality experience. I was wrong. Made us wish we hadn’t done any remodeling at all.

I found All Flooring USA by accident looking for specific flooring for our new home. I read the reviews and took a chance based on the reviews and the recommendation from Mohawk. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The team at All Flooring USA was professional and very flexible with the project. The pricing was competitive and the installer, Madson and Chris did a fantastic job. You can't tell where the builder stopped and where All Floorings installers began. Just seamless and very timely. The minute we were ready to start Julian was on it. Between the scheduling and the project itself it took less than 3 days. Impressive. Thank you and I would recommend this business hands down.

18 months ago we had new carpet installed in our bedroom. Over the months we noticed unusual wearing in the carpet. I contacted the team at All Flooring and it was determined that this was most likely due to a manufacturer's defect. Bottom line - the problem was resolved and within two weeks of my initial contact our new carpet was installed! I have to add that the installer was by far one of the best we have ever witnessed! Thank you for making 2020 a little less hassle free for my husband and I!
