Dunkin'

The iced coffee is yuck! Won't be getting another one from there. I will however get some of the best donuts in the world tho!

I called this location as a business to business venture to build an ongoing relationship to use this location for my business meetings. They told me they needed 24 hours for an order of 4 or more dozen donuts. I said if I was to walk in off the street and order over 4 dozen, you would't sell them to me? They told me no. This is crazy!!!!! I guess Dunkin is doing so well these days that they don't need business. I will take my business else where.

My experience today at Dunkin Donuts Narcoossee - next to Pizza Hut): I went to buy 2 dozens of donuts to deliver at my son’s school for his teacher’s birthday celebration, I asked them to please wrapped them individually so nobody have to touch the same box / surfaces, they were very hesitant to accommodate my request and told me that if they do that they will charge me 30cents per bag, which in my opinion does not make any sense! How will I pay 8 dollars!!!?? Just for the bags???!! So, they are not accommodating their customers during pandemic times and worst of all, they are trying to make more money out of a terrible situation!!!nIt’s very sad to see that while most businesses are trying to be supportive and considerate, Dunkin Donuts does not anticipate, support and cooperate with the protocols and mandates to stop the spread of the virus!!!

In a pandemic getting food delivered unsealed and open is a hazard. The Ubeats driver shouldn't accept it without it being sealed closed; it takes a second to honor the protocols which are there for a reason. .

Had the worst customer service this morning! Isabella at the counter had the nastiest attitude and with every item would ask if I was done ordering! I can clearly see she was making my order wrong and when I attempted to let her know she ignored me and was slamming the items! Finally a very sweet young lady stepped in and did my order but Isabella stormed off to the back and said loud enough for me to hear her “ what’s wrong with her now?” I normally do not write reviews but Isabella had the worst customer service I have ever encountered!
