The worst location. I’m a regular customer to this brand.nnI often visit MCO airport (Terminal A) and for the last four times the experience has been terrible.nn- 10 minutes for an order and when they called me.....”big news”... Pretzels are sold out.nn- I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and receive less than usual, I asked if they can provide a normal size but said they are sold out and they will not make more... so I asked to cancel the order or a refund, they immediately talked to the next customer in line and The associate ignored me.nnMy last experience was last week. When it was hard to order as they were signing with a very loud music.nnMy order was given to another customer, and the employee said it is a regular customer which had no time to wait so I should wait five to eight more minutes. I said the tradition is first come first served and they said that rules does not work when loyal customers are at the place.nnStaff is not friendly at allnnA&A should close this place for a while and do a new training to the whole staff based on customer experience. Unfortunately is the only store in the area. But I won’t come back to this location.nnSo sad, I love the brand and the food but because of situations like these ... you are losing loyal customers ud83dude22

The people there are great hard working people. They are very limited with the space to run a larger scale operation, and the prices are based on what the airport charge them for rent( which is very expensive). So with that in mind; I think they do wonders with what they have ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♂ufe0f

Refused to sell me a small pretzel bites despite it being listed on their menu with a price. Their excuse was that the menu is the same at all locations and they only serve the large size. Thanks, Auntie Anne's for contributing to our global food waste problem.

Pretzels were undercooked! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

This place is crazy expensive. Over $10 for a small portion of pretzel nuggets with honey mustard dip. Also, I would have to wait 20 min. for the mini pretzel dogs which is way to long at an airport. The pretzel nuggets were good, but I will not go there again.
