Dunkin'

It wasn’t a bad experience but if you’re dealin drive thru only and make someone wait for 10 minutes without being acknowledged at the window after ordering. Please don’t make someone drive away see the car behind you served and wait for someone to call to figure out what you want us to do before giving us attitude by phone and in person. We coffee needing people want smiles and not be welcomed with annoyance. Customer service goes along way in any business so please take this and run with it how you wish. Don’t like to service the public then please remove yourself from it

Great staff! Absolutely great experience. My only complaint is why do you close at 3PM??? I have never heard of a dunkin' donuts closing at 3:00 in the afternoon. I know many of my friends and colleagues feel the same way who live local here in the area.

I could get coffee quicker from a trained monkey, including the time to teach the monkey how to make everything on the menu.

The app allows you to order for pick-up in the store, but then you arrive and there's a sign on the door that says drive thru only.. and they don't pick up the phone!

Drive thru only due to Covid. Friendly staff. Quick service. Food great as usual.
