Went to Doral location and was able get the furniture I wanted without any difficulty. HEIDY was great with any questions I had and arranging the furniture delivery which went smoothly and promptly.
Horrible experience. They never answer the calls and changed my delivery date 3 times.nnFurnitures are good but if i had to buy here again i will think it 3 times because of customer service.nnI still havent get my TV Stand since 2 months.nnHorrible horrible horrible

Very bad customer service, they never respond to the emails for exchange items. I being waiting since July and when finally i get the item is worse than the first item, still waiting for an answer.
