I have been building cabinets for over 30 years so I known a good cabinet. I have been installing Panda cabinets for about 10 years and their product is great. I will not install any other cabinets. Now the one thing is you have to know what you are doing if not you need to get someone who does so it comes out right. I work with Ada and have never had a problem.

Bunch of thieves. On January 18th I bought a kitchen from this company, at the time of pick up at their warehouse I was checking everything to the best of my knowledge because boxes have codes not the actual name of the cabinets, I was told by the person who brought me the cabinets that I didn't need to check , that everything was there , that he had already chequed, told me that I needed to move because there were many cars waiting to pickup their orders, so I did. Got home and counted box by box and there were 2 pieces missing, so I went the next day to claim they didn't give me these pieces. Well the person there said that in their computer everything is closed and picked, she cannot do anything and I should talk to the vendor to help me with that. Called vendor and he said that he cannot do anything either that everything is picked... obviously is not. They will not help you if you missed something at time of pickup especially in a large order. I'm gonna work these with police department as this is considered theft. How many thousands they make daily with product clients paid for and missed at pickup. Shady business, don't do business with these people, they have so many policies to screw you up if you bought a wrong cabinet size, if you order something and then change mind, you'll get hit with 10-20% fee of your piece or entire order. They don't even care about all these negative reviews as they don't respond to any of then. Forgot to mention customer service is a joke, rude, unprofessional, you count it. If there refuse to help me , police will do.

Poor quality furniture. I paid lot of money and the delivery furniture had dented pieces. The measures I requested were not properly provided. The worst of all is that the person who prepared the design based on info I gave her (her name is Dania) told me that she doesn’t nor bear responsibility for anything, which I really feel was extremely unprofessional. For all the above I really do not recommend this business. There are other businesses around with same quality of material but way much better and professional personnel.

Don’t waste your time and come to this location, they have no selection of anything at all, I wish I would’ve just seen the reviews before I came, and wasted the trip all the way down here. No inventory and garbage material

By appointment only, which wouldn't be a problem if the phone line to make the appointment was answered or if I could make an appointment with the front desk receptionist. Not to mention politeness missed this business.
