Fabulous service RARELY found today! Rudy at Marcus helped with selection, pricing, delivery to our new office near Mt Dora, Florida and even arranged assembly help AT our new office! Quite the dedicated salesman!nThe quality of Marcus' offering blew away ANYTHING we looked at elsewhere. Very happy with our purchase and experience!

I recently had occasion to go to Marcus office furniture World to purchase some items from my home office. I found the staff courteous professional and helpful. Max, my sales representative, patiently assisted me. The representations concerning delivery date and assembly were spot on and everything was delivered and assembled on time. Kudos to Max and the staff at Marcus for great customer service

All around great experience visiting the Miami showroom. Rudy the sales account assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory they had on hand. Was able to find what I was looking for and the price was really a godsend for such a superior chair. Would recommend to all who need a great chair or furniture at a good price point.

Wonderful experience with Marcus Office Furniture World...nI've been working on on my computer mainly and needed a better office chair for better back support..nI found some great options on night from Marcus Office Furniture World on Facebook Marketplace and sent them a message.nThe next morning, I woke up to a response saying they are available by appointment and so I gave them a call to make an appointment and was in their show room within a couple of hours.nI was assisted by Rudy, whom was very professional and let me try a few different chairs so that I could decide. I walked away with the perfect chair. Thanks again Rudy!
