Easy to navigate their website, great product choices, easy to customize, and good packing. I was hesitant to order due to high shipping costs, but I quickly understood the importance of packing and shipping once I received the item. The print was great quality and impressed everyone at our party. Definitely made the right decision. Thanks guys!

Poor customer service. Image looked awesome, but was printed on the backing sheet and was not able to be put on the cake. Contacted the company, but received no help before they stopped responding. I’m willing to accept people make mistakes, but they did not even try to make things right. Won’t be ordering again.

Wonderful company located in Doral. I needed a custom edible picture to add to a bday cake, and I was able to get it printed the very same day!! Unfortunately when I arrived, the printing guy was on his lunch break and I was told to return in 2hrs. However, when I returned, my topper was ready and looked AMAZING!! Not delivered on time and not responsive. Received order after birthday, even when ordered 10 days before birthday. Don’t believe on 4-5 day delivery.

I ordered two cake toppers for my daughters birthday and they never came and all the people told me when I called is it's USPS fault so now it's not going to be here for her birthday and I ordered it well in advance and paid extra for expedited shipping they could have made two more and sent them on a 1-day ship or something since it's not my fault I paid to get them by a certain time in. Advance so even though USPS is having issues it still fall on them not meeting that date and not trying to fix it.
