Absolutely poor quality products especially the shower panel - we bought one and the switch from hot to cold is not properly functioning - guess what - they dont want to take it back even with the box. They are lying when they are saying that they will take their product back. They will look at every minor little detail just not to take it back. Furthermore, I bought two faucets from them - beautiful design and in chrome - but again the quality of it is absolutely garbage - we connected it and the water that comes from inside the pipe - it's so noisy as if you live in a third world country - i went to tubs and more and purchased the faucets there - works silently and perfect. I will be very honest with you - people are nice there - they sweet talk you in - but when it comes to their products please listen to me and take my advice - rather buy from a descent store with good reviews than buy it from them or else u will lose your money like we did.

I was recommended to DAX by 2 of my contractors to purchase some bathroom vanities and mirrors, I went in person and the Belle was amazing! Even though she was busy with a customer she took the time to answer my questions, can’t say the same about who ever is answering the phone calls.nnUpdate: I ended up revisiting DAX in their Aventura location since I happened to be running errands nearby. I arrived almost at closing time and met Ezequiel. He treated me with great customer Service and took the time to help me even though I felt bad it was almost closing time. He showed me different options and even recommend a vanity based on my current renovation design. I placed an order right then and there and everything came out great! He went into detail with the timeline of arrival for each product ordered. I would definitely recommend Ezequiel to everyone who wants a great experience. I get compliments on my vanity and toilet selection, thank you again.
