UPDATE 1/15/21 3:57PMnnOwner won't know my name as it is not on the contract, my husband is. We started on the wrong foot as the person who was taking measurements was almost 3 hours late! Office scheduled it bet 11am-12pm. He arrived at 2:30pm. In any case, against my better judgement, my husband decided to give Best Awnings the benefit of the doubt. We'll see if they live up to their name. Will post once the job is finished. Thank younnVery worried now. I should have read all the reviews! I just hired this company but have read such bad reviews Yelp and Google and especially nothing recent that I am a nervous wreck thinking this people will scam me or do a lousy job. God help me! Can't really rate them yet. Two stars if for all the very bad reviews

Best Awnings is really appropriately named. The quality and craftsmanship is superb. Most awning companies use thinner posts, but with Best Awnings, their standards are much higher in where they use thicker, more substantial posts. We've had our awnings for about 4 years and we've never had an issue with sagging material or water pooling. I have witnessed friends' awnings who have had water pool in unsupported areas in the middle of the structure. At first, the waiting process was a bit lengthy, but the wait was worth the wait. Best Awnings take pride in their work and is truly the company to call.

Felix came down to Key West and gave me a quote very quickly after I first contacted him. It took a while to coordinate and get the job done but let me tell you it is worth the wait. They fabricated a beautiful 3 car awning for me that we are extremely happy with. Once they can fit you into their busy schedule they will do a fantastic job. I has some issues at first with some choices I made at the start and no matter what I brought up to Felix he said he would take care of it. I recommend this company with 5 stars as they stand behind their work and are a pleasure to deal with.
