I went with this company because they had the best price. The material reflects this. I wish I would have gotten wood. Fit and finish is also just OK, not perfect. Overall, you get what you pay for. Staff was good to work with, from the salesman to the installers, they were all polite.
Closets by Design has been a pleasure to work with. They did a great job helping us custom design all the closets in our house. We felt we paid an excellent price for the quality. Installation was quick and professional! Would highly recommend!
I thought the design process was very detailed and the salesman was very knowledgeable. We just had our installation completed and the closet looks great! The installers were very courteous, clean, and did a detailed job. Once all of the trims and details were finished, they cleaned all of the cabinets and hanging rods as well as any dust and debris. Very well done!
We are VERY impressed by Closets by Design. They delivered an amazing final master closet which was a BIG job. Excellent install team and the office kept me informed along the way to installation day. They did not rush - they tweaked details by request and we would HIGHLY recommend them.
