Karen greeted us immediately upon us walking in. Notice, I didn't say attacked us, as many salespersons tend to do. She was super professional. After my research, I felt confident in knowing what the best beds were and what we should be paying for them. Karen, was damn impressive with her knowledge, she immediately knew the bed I was interested in when I mentioned it. She walked us over to it. Let us experience it and then said, I also want you to check out these two as well.
