Don’t listen to all these fake comments out there. This place has good customer service and is a fair company. Sure it probably won’t give you special treatment just because of you “status” but if you are nice they might just repay that back to you. This place is fair and who knows they might even get you a better deal. If you don’t believe me why don’t you stop by and check it out. You might be leaving with more for less than what you thought you would.
Great selections at reasonable price points but good luck afterwards. The customer service and care department is subpar. Not even sure of they truly exist. It is a wholesaling shop but when an issue arrises you will be bounced around since no one take responsibility for the furniture after its purchased.
The prices are very reasonable and I love the fact that they are always willing to work with you.
I BEEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME SINCE NEW MANAGMENT CAME IN. IT WENT TO THE GROUND THEY SELLING THING AT DOUBLE PRICES AND THEY DONT TAKE CARE OFF CLAIMS AND THEY BLAME IT ON THE CUSTUMER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE.. ON TOP OF THAT A BEDROOM SET THAT COST 819 IN GLOBAL NEW JERSEY THEY ARE SELLING IT FOR 1299... AND THIS GUY MIGUEL POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE VERY POOR RUDE. WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A 0 STAR REVIEW.
Great staff. Some loads take an hour, some take 3 hours. Its the nature of hand loading furniture
