Great attention by Assistant Manager Chris. He really was patient with me and all my changes. I waited a little while but it came and now I am extremely happy. My delivery driver was the best. Thank u city. I love my furniture.
Sonia Espinoza was our salesperson. We went to five different furniture stores and she was by far the most professional and easy to work with. She quickly learned our budget and what we were looking for and found us a creative solution. Go to Sonia if you want to get the best deal tailored for your needs. No pressure from Sonia which was nice to experience as well.
WOW!!! Had to mention what phenomenal service I received from Ana Costa at the North Miami store, she was wonderful, so sweet, very knowledgeable and professional...even followed up with phone calls, not only to remind me of my upcoming delivery but, also to make sure I received the delivery! Simply exceptional! I will absolutely purchase from Ana and City Furniture again. When things go right, it’s just a given ;0)nThank you!!!
I am leaving NO STARS!!!! Purchased a sectional with Sonia, on September 17 2020, was told that it would be delivered in October, today is 11/13/20 and I just found out that there is nothing they could do about my delivery that was scheduled for the second time and that it was changed to 11/24/20 and that today they said it would be delivered after 12/21/20. Three different dates!!! It is unreal how City Furniture lacks on professionalism and integrity when dealing with a customers purchase. THEY SELL FURNITURE THAT IS ON BACKORDER KNOWING THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. It is all about the principal.nDefinitely will get my money back! and take my business else where. Oh and by the way refunds are processed within 7-14 days. Honestly no transparency on doing business and client relation..... I did give them the benefit of the doubt and I sent an emailed to the rep bellow that they mentioned, sales rep Sonia called and said that she had great news when i said i wanted to cancel , she schedule the delivery for Thanksgiving day for the whole sectional, shameful today at 3 am I received an email of partial delivery, conclusion I cancel the order! Thank you City Furniture for treating your customer with such dishonesty conduct and no professionalism .
I went to City Furniture and received assistance from Maura. She was excellent in providing customer service. She was patient in explaining to us the different furniture items and having us trying them out. She was friendly and made the shopping experience fun. The store had a large selection to choose from and requires us to think about what we really wanted. Maura was instrumental in helping us make a decision. Highly recommend anyone who drops by City Furniture to seek out Maura.
