We were delighted with our buying experience! Our Sales Representative carefully listened to our needs and helped us select the right mattress for us. While he made us aware of all of our options, he never pressured us in any way. He simply guided us and helped us make an informed decision.
We went over the weekend to look at the new Sleep Number beds. We currently have one that is 12 years old. Jamie was our sales professional and he took his time to show us different models, explain everything, and gave us lots of options so we could choose what was best for us. He was not pushy in any way. We ended up purchasing a new bed and are excited for delivery day!
I enjoyed my visit the guys where nice but I just wish they would have approved me for the bed I wanted to would have been sale same day..
We went to the Sleep Number store in Tallahassee and had a wonderful visit with our sales rep, Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Getting out new bed this weekend and we are so excited. Thanks for a great experience.
Jocy here- Jaime was great! I already knew what I wanted so purchase was easy. Jaime was very cordial and knowledgeable. I was worried about delivery during covid but it’s going to be delivered in 1.5 weeks AWESOME!! Can’t wait to try it out and enjoy my sleep
