I went to the Badcock home furnishing store in Marianna Florida, and was very surprised by the fact that the staff was knowledgeable of the products that they are selling, very courteous, and come with me as a customer, instead of trying to rush me through a process. The financing option, along with all my other questions, was very well explained. I will definitely be shopping there again. And they have a very good selection.

The sales clerk was helpful and very nice; she gave me space to shop without pressure or intrusion. The selections seemed to be good quality, very well made and in a variety of styles. It was a pleasure shopping there.

Mackenzie was very knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. She had to help us with several rooms of furniture. So it was time consuming. We so appreciate the staff and their kindness to us as older customers

Great experience, lots of floor inventory to look at and see, and extemely friendly and helpful staff. Badcock of Marianna is an excellent store to shop They have quality, affordable furniture and I was able to pick out all my parent's home needs in one place. I highly recommend you stop by if you are in the market for new furniture. Tammy was excellent, friendly, helpful and sincere without being pushy or overbearing. Thank you for having a great selection to choose from. With all that is going on today, it was impressive that you have kept your store stocked with all the items you have for people to shop. My parents live in Polk county and they had to go to two different Badcock stores just to see some of the items that I had chosen for them in the Marianna store. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I have purchased items here in the past and have always found them to have the absolute best customer service. This visit was no exception. Mackenzie Hadley, Sales Associate, is a longtime employee who always displays a level of professionalism and courteous manner when she assists. The best compliment I can give, is when I left this store, I told my 2 teenage daughters that is exactly the type of employee that I want them to mirror themselves after regardless of what career profession they decide for their future. Kind, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable is how I would describe our experience with Mackenzie and all of Badcocks employees. Thank you.
