The store is very clean and we had a great experience with Lenore! She provided excellent customer service! She was very patient, answered our questions and provided information about each product they had available. Her personality is infectious and I didn’t want to leave because she was so great! Brad the manager, has a great personality as well! He is professional, likes to make jokes and recommends delicious food in the area! Of course the products we purchased are great but Lenore and Brad and the reason we would return! They’re great!
Bought our Purple 4 with adjustable base today. We went in with Purple's online advertised mattress and bedding bundle and Mattress Firm matched it! Plus they are able to deliver and set up the bed sooner than Purple online was able to do. The salespeople were very informative giving us the pros and cons of each item. Never once was pushy. I would definately recommend the Cortez Blvd location for great service.
Very helpful, polite, and very informative. Made suggestions that were helpful to us. Price was very good. Fit our budget. Will shop their again when needed. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I had a very pleasant sales experience at the store. The representative was very knowledgeable without being pushy about making a sale. He felt very relatable and spoke well about his products. I’m glad I was able to stop by the store to touch and get advice. Rather than picking something blindly online based on reviews.
