Very relaxing and calming atmosphere! My fiancé and went in for a deep tissue massage and it so relaxing and amazing. We both agree that we will definitely be back!
Incredible customer service! I came in and was politely introduced to the place and given a little tour of everything. After that I was given a room and started my float experience. I came out feeling extremely relaxed with a clear mind. Highly recommend.
Awesome float experience.......I feel totally amazing!!! relieved my stress in a very different way. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Absolutely amazing. The staff was amazing and sweet. The atmosphere was as calm as ever. I had a Swedish massage by Julie and my boyfriend did the flotation. Julie was kind and made sure I felt comfortable while Nicole (Im sorry if the name is wrong!) gave us a tour and made sure we understood the services and what we would be doing. We both left feeling like new born babies. It was our first time visiting Cloud9, we drove 2.5 hours from Miami, and we will definitely be coming back.
Cloud 9 is a very mellow inviting spa with great staff! I encourage everyone to float! I feel like a weight has been lifted off me physically and mentally:)
