From the phone call to book appointment to the end of visit, your staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Therefore a five star rating. I have a cyst on my left eye lid that they would prefer not to remove and referred me to a surgeon without hesitation. Honesty is so appreciated. Even provided me with the paperwork I will need to fill out beforehand! Thank you. Will not hesitate to refer our friends and neighbors to your practice.

I have been going to this office for 9 years. It has always been a great experience. The providers are top notch! I would recommend this practice to anyone needing dermatology care!

Check in was quick and efficient, very little wait time. Full body scan was thorough and done very well. Couple of problem areas frozen off and a biopsy was taken of another skin problem. Got the results of the biopsy in two days and was told how it would be handled. Excellent visit.

Throughout the many years which doctor Howard and her staff have been our dermatologist we are always so happy with the results if we need to have any kind of surgery.nWe always refer people to Dr Howard's office if they are new to Marco Island and looking for the best care.nWhen you enter the office the waiting room appears to be sterile! From the time you check in to the time you check out and make your next appointment , the staff is always pleasant and helpful. We never leave there without full explanations of the service they provided and the aftercare we need to take care of.nTheir record keeping is excellent in case you need to refer to your past history of service at Dr Howard's office.nI have always observed the team spirit for all staff members. They are a most professional group.nThere is no pressure to buy the skin care products that they sell in the office, but I must say any product I have purchased works exactly the way they say it will.nGetting to the office on Goodlette Frank in Naples can be tedious during season, but once you do get to the office you are happy you've made the effort.nBetsy Wohltman

Everyone in the office is very professional and accommodating. Dr Cyndi was very knowledgeable during the examination and answered all questions satisfactorily. I highly recommend the Yag-Howard Dermatology office. Results and peace of mind.
