They have an excellent fabric selection, both in bolts and to-order. Several of the women who work there are friendly and helpful. Several years ago I ordered pillows and was thrilled with the customer service and the quality of the work. This past year, I ordered cushions and additional pillows. The communication was poor and their attention to detail seemed inadequate given the service they provide. When I received the order there were so many quality issues (caught seams, sloppy pleats, incorrect size, flaws in fabric). When I nicely pointed it out, the owner became defensive and argumentative. I will not return and no longer recommend them to friends.
