I was there on the weekend and Kelvin helped me. I wanted a sample so I can be sure of the color. It was at the store on Tuesday as he told me. I went back to place an order. Rob helped me also and he was kind enough to give the credit to Kelvin. My order came in the next day and I was very pleased. Both men were extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I will recommend this store to anyone that may need flooring.
