I ordered a mattress to be delivered to my in-laws. Naturally, I was nervous because I am in Colorado and they are in Hallandale, FL. I spoke to Margery and she helped me pick out a nice mattress for them that fit my budget. Delivery was only a couple days later and went better than I could ever dream of. My Mother-in-Law called excited and grateful about the mattress and went on about how the delivery was perfect. They were in and out. Up three flights of stairs. No hassles. Wore booties, gloves, masks, polite, professional, well dressed, fresh haircuts and overall perfect representation of the company.nnThank you from all the way across the US! You were there when we couldn’t be.
Marjorie was excellent. She made me comfortable and she met all my needs. I was very satisfied and happy. I give her 4 stars. Only thing was because I got a 40% off however I won't be able to exchange my mattress I was a little hesitant about that other than that my experience was great!
Marjorie was excellent from the from the minute I walked in! She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I never felt like she was trying to push anything or upsell me. She listened to my needs and presented exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend this mattress firm location, even if you have to drive a bit to get there.
Buying a mattress with Mattress Firm was a very easy experience. Marjorie received us with a great warm welcome and really paid attention to our needs. She thoroughly explained every product that was right for us. I haven't receive the mattress yet but so far I give my experience a 5 star.
