Horribly managed. Poor customer communication once they’ve gotten your money. Crate and Barrel outsources it shipping. Almost a month to get one piece of furniture delivered from the first attempt. Was eventually offered free shipping and a 25% discount to try to make up for the whole mess. Have since made two large purchases both online and regretted it both times. Tried to reach out to store managers from my local store. This location about the latest delivery No Show and was told they could not help me and to take my business online. Last Purchase at this location!

This store has some nice home decor and furniture. If you are looking for something different, but a little more expensive you can find it here.

They have quite a lot of stuff here. Definitely a good alternative to some of the other stores in the area for a similar price.
