I have been to plenty of Barbers and must say that today was the best experience I have had in a very long time. It is very refreshing to find a professional barber at a Salon. Cole did an amazing job helping me make a transition is style from what I have had for years into something a little more current, yet still super easy to maintain. He was very professional and followed all Covid-19 guidelines you keep both of us protected. The shop was clean and very inviting. I love this salon! I’ve had Kaylee my stylist for three years and I love everything she does for my hair! I’ve had color foils, hair cuts, styling, and two kinds of extensions. She’s always been willing to squeeze me in if I have an emergency. From one very satisfied customer who would recommend this salon to everyone I know!

I’ve been to New Appearance Salon in Sumner about 6 times. I’ve had Reed every time. She’s always on time, her station is always clean, I’ve been completely happy with her from start to finish. She knows exactly what color I like plus adds foil packets. And always styles it so cute. I’ve also recommended her to my mom and sister who also left there very happy and have been back for different services.

Kaylee has been my hair girl for 7-8 years! Even did my wedding hair and make up! She always does a fantastic job and goes above and beyond to make sure I love my hair! I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks! The salon is always clean and I always feel comfortable going there! She has gone the extra mile to make sure her clients feel safe in the salon especially during these times!
