Aside from the incredibly beautiful environment the staff at Nurtura MedSpa are friendly, professional and very helpful. Dr. Dagen is a very kind person and a true artist. He treats his patients like friends and instills trust with those people who want to look healthier and more youthful.

I went in last month to get Botox in my masseter muscles (15 units on each side) for the second time. The first time was with a different doctor about 6 months ago. I told the doctor what I wanted and that I had done it previously, I was talked into doing my forehead and a brow lift. I am 22 with no wrinkles but I agreed because I was told it would maintain everything I had. The doctor had stated if it was too frozen we could “relax it.” $500 later they were unable to accept my Health Savings Account debit card, which I was not told previously. No big deal, paid with regular debit. About two weeks later I noticed I can no longer smile correctly, like I look concerned in my eyes, much more wrinkling than I’ve ever had, and my smile doesn’t stretch like it used to. It almost dips down, so I scheduled a follow up to have this corrected.nnI went in for a follow and explained that I was unhappy with my smile do to the above reasons. The doctor claimed he didn’t know why it was happening, what was happening, and he couldn’t fix it unless I used more Botox.... obviously I wasn’t going to have him inject me with more when what he did in the first place wasn’t correct. There were no apologies for anything, never any ownership or answers. I went to see two other doctors who had said it was due to the placement of my masseter Botox, that it was not placed correctly and leaked into my smile muscles.nnI’m so upset because I had went in wanting something specific, trusting that this doctor was certified and knew what he was doing. Spent way more money than I had wanted to in the first place to look worse than before. No remorse or empathy was shown, just looking for more money. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of knowledge, lack of compassion, and how money driven this company seems to be.

Dr. Dagan and the staff are lovely. Took time to discuss and consult regarding options. Very happy with the results. Have been back several times. Very pleased with the service, results and care every time.

I've been a patient/client of Nurtura MedSpa for over 2 years. The staff along with Dr. Dagan are all very professional and men and women with integrity. I highly recommend that if you are looking for cutting edge, then this is the place to go.
