They have top of line items or basics for your rental property.nnToday I called told rep what I was looking for. Bought over the phone and got quick delivery time.nnGlad I found this place. I love to safe money and get great customer service.

James was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! We needed pretty much everything that day and he was very patient with us while we did our shopping and answered any questions we had. The biggest reason for this rating is because they were able to deliver everything the same day. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were very polite and made sure everything was where it needed to be.

I have owned and operated my condo rentals by owner at Pinnacle Port for 28 years. For much of that time the Factory Direct Furniture location was known as the Beach Barn. Since Rod, the owner, moved in from just west (other side of the street) of it the Factory Direct Furniture location has offered great prices and courteous service.nRod and Adam remember their customers and support their purchases with great follow up when necessary. The location has spread out and allows a great walk through experience as well as a large inventory for the carry out or delivery expectations.nIf staying at Pinnacle Port or Carillon Beach give their physical fitness location in Carillon business area a try. Our property management company recommended Factory Direct Furniture for some furniture needs for our condo. We worked with Tandra, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection, at all price ranges, and everything is good quality. The delivery guys, Scotty, and another gentleman whose name I did not get, were extremely courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend this place for your furniture needs.

UPDATE: I originally gave Factory Direct Furniture a 5 star review based on the sales process alone. It was very smooth, and they were very professional. Of course we received top-notch service during the sales process because they wanted our service. Well, NOTHING has went smoothly since then. We bought our furniture the end of September and they didn't have all the pieces to deliver until the end of January. I understand their hands are tied due to delays with the manufacturer (especially with COVID), HOWEVER their communication was very poor during the 4 months waiting time. We were told several times our delivery date was on track, only to be pushed out by weeks again. The beginning of December we were told our furniture shipped from the manufacturer and was in progress of being delivered to them. Several weeks later, I was told the manufacturer hasn't shipped it yet? I truly believe the furniture I ordered that was shipped to them in December was re-sold to another customer and they had to re-order it, but of course they will not say this. FINALLY they receive all the pieces the end of January and we schedule a delivery date. I called 2 days ahead to ensure we were on track for delivery and all the pieces would arrive with out any issues, because we live out of town and had to travel in for the delivery. I received reassurance this was the case. WELL, the delivery guys were late without any call to notify us, they delivered the wrong dresser and had to go back to get the correct one, AND they did not bring another piece we ordered and said they would bring it by in the evening because we had to leave the next day. Well, after no call we had to contact them AGAIN and was informed by the delivery guys that they were told to go home for the evening without fulfilling our order. Factory Direct had literally MONTHS to ensure our items were correct and delivery was seamless, but they failed at almost every point. How difficult is it to compare our invoice to what is loaded on the truck prior to delivery? We paid thousands of dollars for this furniture, were very patient with them when we didn't receive great service after they took our money, and now we have to leave out of town without our full order. Avoid the headache, and order your furniture from another more reliable establishment.nnORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a great experience purchasing furniture from this company. The sales rep was patient and sent many pictures of items I was looking for, so I could see everything they had in stock. Prices were more competitive than other local furniture stores for the same items. Staff is always friendly when I call, and they are willing to work with you to help meet your needs. I am looking forward to the delivery of our new furniture!
