We pulled the trigger in the fall of last year. Took about a month or so to get the design down with our pavers and all, because we changed a few things. They produce an awesome rendering of your back yard so you get a true feel of what it's going to look like. Once we picked out colors and all, they started in about 2 weeks. From mid-December to end of January they were on the ball. Even through the holidays they ran ahead of schedule. Being in Gulf County, Cox Pools was the only company to call us back and set up an appointment. I feel confident they wouldn't been the one we'd have pick, regardless. Everything turned out great. Had a small issue with the pump making a noise and they were out the next morning to solve it. No questions asked. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful sales team. When in the pool purchase market ensure you take a look at Cox Pools. Held off on our purchase now but we know for us there is only one choice for a pool build in the near future. Don’t mess around with second rate when you are looking for a purchase that will last the life of your home.

We're very happy with all phases of our pool and spa installation! Each person, from the initial meeting to the end, was very professional. The heavy equipment operators took extra care and concern for our existing landscaping through the construction. Each phase of the build was thoroughly explained by the crew (all were top notch!) After the final closure of the build,, we had calls to Cox Pools because of our inexperience with pools. They were handled with courtesy and quickly.. And it only took less than 4 months from start to finish too! Special shout out to Justin, Bryan, Mike, Jesse and Jeremy! Thanks guys for all your help!
