Purchased material only for my new construction. Brenda was wonderful to work with! Will be recommending to our home owners association!
Did everything I could to get a quote. Even stayed at home all day one day. Bent over backwards to accommodate them. After multiple tries with no call backs from Jessica, she could not seem to fit me into their schedule. If you can not get any customer service prior to the job, you will get NO customer service after the job (repairs).
I waited 3.5 weeks to get a quote on small backsplash job. They quoted me more than twice what It cost me to get the job done by someone else. I should have known that they didn't want my small job but I trust people. Never again!
This place is amazing the selection of tile and products are hands down better that anything the big chain stores offer. Locally owned and operated and super knowledgeable in all aspects from design to installation. Ask for Jessica she is top notch when I comes to customer service and if she is busy no worries there anyone you get will have the ability to help. Brenda and her team are amazing to deal with. We had to quickly re-build our shower and Kilgore's did everything they said they would do. Very thorough, professional, and treated us fairly. I would highly recommend.
