Excellent customer service, precision cutting and polishing. We are very pleased with the results of our granite countertops. I would highly recommend them, especially if your looking for a company who takes pride in being detailed and doing it right. Absolutely Beautiful. ud83dudc4c❤ufe0f

We've had an awful experience with this company and Home Depot. Dust, damaged walls, missing parts to reconnect sinks, late for scheduled times, incorrect measurements, multiple trips from out of town trying to get things made right, and what appears to be a total lack of concern with customer satisfaction. Perhaps the job was too small and inconsequential to the company's reputation. I don't know for sure, just guessing due to other posts that are more positive. What should have been a very simple job turned out to be stressful and frustrating. I'm sad and tired from trying to put things back together.

we are over excited about our kitchen counter tops we recently purchased from Multistone, through Home Depot.nWhat made our total experience with Multistone exceptional were the two installers, who came to our home to do the install. Both of them were, courteous and very professional. They responded to all of our questions, adding details which provided us with a lot more insight. They are a great representation of your company. The office staff was exceptional as well. They kept me updated about the material delay, very efficient, professional and so kind. I loved the accent of one of the ladies, she was kind, professional and funny. Tricia was very helpful, kind and professional when speaking. She made sure we understood everything that would be done the day of and that we were satisfied with everything before walking out of the office after viewing the material. I would highly recommend ordering countertops with this company. From the office to the installers everything was exceptional .
