Staff seem to be dazed and confusedud83eudd2a. Had to tell them the coffee was out☕, twice....first employee ignored my husband. I had to approach them twice about getting the Hazelnut refilled. ALL the tables need cleaned and the floors as well. Staff should have been taking care of these things instead of just standing around..... Steak & Cheddar was lame- very little meat and cheese for $6.95ud83dude44 Lack of competent management at this location; seriously need to do an overhaul of employees customer service and professionalism. One guy came out and started cleaning the tables; he was the dish guy. He had great customer service, asked about our experience and was taking up the slack for the other 5-6 employees just standing around. He's a good example of what employees should do in a customer service environment.

I really enjoy the hazelnut coffee, and the bagels. I tried the walnut honey cream cheese for the first time and it was great. The kitchen seems a little slow and they need to work on the consistency with the food. I ordered the Chipotle chicken wrap on two different days but each day seemed to be a different experiencee. Overall, I enjoyed it.

The new pizza was good but they left some ingredients off and forgot the bread with the soup. They were polite and might have just been new. But will always go back.

Panera is great in general. This location though is awful. It doesn't seem like anyone really ever has any idea what's going on. Unfortunately it's the only location around, but every time I kick myself for walking through the front door.

Went in last night to get dinner service was fast and friendly. Went to get breakfast before work this morning and as i stood there waiting no one even acknowledged i was there no greetings no be right with you nothing. they just kept looking over at me. Definitely won't be back for morning shift if service is going to be like that.
