I visited this salon with my 3 daughters as part of our girls weekend away. Besides the price ever increasing ($5 for polish removal, for example) my gel polish is already chipping & it has literally been 4.5 hours since I left the salon. How do you have a nail salon & charge for polish removal??? I also picked out the color I wanted & showed the nail tech who was working on me. She then proceeded to try to put a totally different color on me & when I tried to explain, there was too much of a language barrier so I just went with it. My eldest daughter had the same issue with her polish color. I ended up spending over $200 at this salon & I am not at all happy with the services we received. The luxury pedicure I received was pretty nice & felt amazing, which is the only reason this place got 2 stars from me.

I took my two year old to get a pedicure and a manicure while i got my fill ins. Well we were 1 of the first 5 people there when they opened. It took them 2 hours to do just her toe nails and my fill in. They were extremely rude to her and I both. They were steady helping people that came in 45 mins after us before even giving us an opportunity to pick our colors. They yelled at my 2 year old for not wanting to sit still after being there an hour and a half. They charged me 30 dollars to paint her toe nails and 30 dollars to do my fill in. Never will I ever go back to this place.

I brought my niece for a birthday pedi & the employees were less than friendly. They rushed through our pedicures like it was a race; less than 30 minutes from start to finish. The polish looked fine & the prices were reasonable, but I felt like we were just in the way.

I went yesterday with my mom and they were very welcoming and very polite and actually did everything to make us feel comfortable.
