I visited the store twice to inquire about something I wanted to purchase. Each time I was told that the item had been ordered and would arrive at the end of the week. After 2 visits and still no luck, I called at the end of the 3rd week and the person answering the phone was very rude and indicated once again that it had been ordered and would be in at the end of the week. She either lied about placing orders or just doesn't want to deal with customers. I will order and pay shipping before I deal with this local business again!
