It’s my first experience at this salon and my mom and I LOVE IT. We got the special deluxe pedicure and everything about it was great. The service, the friendly staff, the ending results!nWe’ll be coming here every time we need pedicures.

This is the first negative review I have ever left for a business. While my guy was extremely nice and chatty, he cut many of my nails to the point where they would not stop bleeding. I uploaded a picture showing two of the four nails that are infected. In addition to the unpleasant slicing of my fingers, the owner and other nail techs were screaming at each other for the majority of my appointment. I felt unsafe. Again, my tech was incredibly pleasant to talk to, but I can not recommend this place.

a friend and i went to the mall and decided to get our nails done. the color i had chosen was not the same that was put on my nails, that was also done to my friend, but she corrected them. (this was my first time getting them done so i was worried to correct) the filling was lowkey agressive. i asked for a full set of acrylic and was given sns. the top coat was not applied to the entire nail, that also happened to my friend. there is a hair from one of the brushes in my nail. i do not reccomend going here to get your nails done.

Me and my friend got our nails done here, and we never will again. My nails are poorly painted and not smooth. The guy was not gentle and made one of my cuticles bleed. When he was buffing my nails he was being super violent and careless. And when I was leaving I was ready to leave. But when I was going to pay the lady demanded $5 tip. I was going to give her five ones but she demanded the five dollar bill and she thought that she was going to get to keep all the ones and the five. And I had to tell her that I would keep the ones and her keep the five. And I got overcharged. I do not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely never again. Asked for the simplest one color matte manicure (even showed a picture to prevent any mistakes or barriers) and my nail technician went in her own direction adding gloss when I requested matte and then adding her own design for an accent nail. Upon telling her that wasn’t what I asked for and I didn’t want to pay for something I did not request I was met with her and two other regular customers laughing in return. They also were allowing the other patrons to bring in home cooked bbq in Tupperware to eat while they got pedicures which made the entire salon smell like dead cow. HORRIBLY unprofessional, crude and an embarrassment of an establishment.
