I have never met the principal which is a good thing in a way but when she is standing in the front office & doesn't smile or even acknowledge you is another story!My first child went to Battlefield & the principal & vp knew my son by name,were always present,nice & helpful.Another issue is sending information home at the last minute & not having good communication!My daughter comes home & is trying to explain what needs to be done but I have no paperwork to go by & I ask my daughter where are the directions,she tells me the teachers are not allowed to use copy machines to send home parents information.I don't attend school with her & I am relying on a first grader to tell me everything.
My wife and I signed up to work the Dec 9 2017 craft fair. We were never contacted with details not a flyer to promote. Worst of all I've been sitting in the parking lot since 8: a.m. ready to set up. Here it is 10 minutes until 9: and not a person is here. Never contacted in regards to a reschedule. Down right rude and unprofessional and we want a refund ASAP.
