Very helpful and as courteous as always
If you're going to require facemasks, you should provide them. I was gonna buy new phones and a tablet, but wont from this store now.
Drew assisted us and was very helpfull. Answered all of our questions and gave us a good education.
Scheduled an appointment, declined service because I did not have a mask. You could have mentioned that on the phone when I made my appointment instead of wasting my time.
I bought a new phone from them and I was told they would transfer all my data to new phone, after I payee in cash for the new phone the guy told me he is your reciet and handed me instructions to do the transfer myself.nI said you told me you would take care off that, his reply you can't be in here with all that is going on now,nI guess it's only ok to go in to buy a new phone but not ok to be in there while they do what they said before I played for the phine, they ever has the gaul to charge me $20 for customer support, save yourself the headache and avoid those arrogant rude individuals, I plan on calling T-Mobile corporate on Monday to file a complaint, worst service ever
