We contacted this company to do a kitchen redesign. The first point of contact was very responsive and informative, but the designer she assigned to us with was not. We had difficulty scheduling her for a consultation, and she never initiated contact after that--we had to follow up with her. It is understandable that this is a busy time in the home renovation industry, but the professional approach would have been to reach out and explain the delays, especially when the promised drawings were not delivered in the expected timeframe. Furthermore, the designer seemed genuinely stumped as to how to improve the functionality of our kitchen, which was disappointing considering this is why we are hiring professionals for the job. This may not be representative of every employee, but it certainly seemed as if our project was too complicated and not expensive enough for this company to treat it seriously.
Poor communication and 3 weeks for designs. I will say I finally got them after repeated calls and emails. When I complained the store's thought was there was something wrong with me. Go to reico or Richmond granite, save yourself time and money
