Sara is such a great recruiter. She will definitely match you with a job that matches your skills set. She response to all emails and text in a reasonable time. Office is nice and clean, and everyone in the office makes you feel welcome. If you are long agency that's going provide you a permanent job solution within your skill set I would definitely give them a call.

After being unemployed for about four months and not making much headway myself with all the research and efforts to land a new position during a pandemic, I reached out asking for some information. I hit the jackpot with Sara, the manager, she spent lots of time with me by phone in asking me what my dream job would look like, she matched me with a local company and the temporary assignment has been grand for almost 2 months now. Fingers crossed the company will offer me a permanent position when their budget opens.nI highly recommend calling Randstad, they care and want to make a winning match for their employees and the companies they serve.

I had initially removed my review as their corporate office provided great communication. The Roanoke office is a completely different story. There is a strong lack of professionalism, communication and ethics. As it stands I have made multiple phone and virtual interviews that a recruiter just never showed up for and provided no communication regarding cancelling or rescheduling. At this time no resolution has been made. I recommend going elsewhere, the Roanoke location clearly has no interest in getting you back to work in this trying time.

My experience with Randstad has been nothing short of GREAT! First, their professionalism was much appreciated. Finding assignments was never an issue. If there was a problem, the staff was caring enough to work with you through them. There was always a feeling that they “ had my back”; that relationships between client and employee was important. 5 stars for Randstad; highly recommended!!
